50g wood ear
20g sliced shiitake
0.5g Chinese dates
1 lotus leaf
Oyster sauce, chicken powder, salt, sugar, Chinese wine, soya sauce, corn-starch to taste
- Chop chicken into medium pieces, then clean and dry.
- Poach wood ear, shiitake, Chinese dates, add condiments (oyster sauce, chicken powder, salt, sugar, Chinese wine, thick soya sauce, and corn-starch) in a bow.
- Clean the lotus leaf and put on steamer to steam all the mix.
- When it is cooked, decorate with spring onion and oil on top.
