Stir Fried Assorted Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce

For vegetarians, mushroom is one of the best protein sources. Let’s try an easy yet tasty veggie dish, brought by chef Minh from Crystal Jade Palace. A new way to enjoy the authentic Chinese cuisine and refresh your body simultaneously!

Ingredients: serves 1

70g snow fungus                            

50g black fungus                             

10g sliced chinese mushroom       

50g straw mushroom            

70g drumstick mushroom                                           

70g fresh shiitake                           

0.2g bamboo pith                           

5g baby cabbage                    

0.4g carrot                             

Chicken powder, sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, thick soya sauce, white soya sauce, and broth to taste

 

Method:

  • Fry Chinese mushroom, drumstick mushroom, shiitake, snow fungus with oil.
  • Poach baby cabbage, carrot, bamboo pith, black fungus and assorted mushrooms in hot water and condiments.
  • Fry the oyster sauce in oil, then pour assorted mushrooms in, stir together. Add a spoon of broth with condiments (chicken powder, sugar, white soya sauce), cornstarch, sesame oil and thick soya sauce.
  • Display on plate, decorate with baby cabbage.
