Ingredients: serves 4
- 150g squid
- ¼ pcs egg
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp minced chilli
- Japanese salt and pepper to taste
- Cut squid like a flower and poach it, keep it dry and mix with flour.
- Deep fried squid and put minced garlic, salt and pepper together.
- Display on dish.
