For the dough:
- 250g flour
- 125g butter
- 5g salt
- 0.1l cold water
For Apples:
For Custard:
- 75g sugar
- 0.2l cream
- 2 pcs egg
- ½ pcs vanilla stick
Method:
- Beat the eggs and sugar. Add the cream and vanilla.
- Precook the tart, empty and allow to cool down.
- Slice the apple thinly and dispose in the tart, cover with custard.
- Bake 15 minutes at 180oC, serves warm.
