Ingredients: serves 4-5
- 1.1kg/nos garoupa fish
- 2 nos green apple
- 200ml Thai chilli sauce
- 50g fresh coriander
- 5g peanuts
- Clean the garoupa fish then deep-fried to golden crispy perfection.
- Slice the green apple to put on the fish.
- Add on the Thai chilli sauce.
- Garnished with the deep-fried peanuts and fresh coriander then ready to serve.
