Asparagus and mozzarella

When it becomes colder, sit back and enjoy one of Metropole's delectable specialty, asparagus and mozzarella.

Ingredients: serves 1

  • 200g asparagus
  • 100g mozzarella filone
  • 50g lettuce
  • 10ml balsamic vinegar
  • 30ml olive oil

Method:

  • Peel and blanch the asparagus, then gratinate them with shredded mozzarella.
  • Serve with lettuce, and tossed with vinegar and oil.
