Fill your Tet holiday with delicate slices of sweet orange confit. With a slice of pastry and tea, you can have a proper feast!
Ingredients: serves 2
- 1 kg orange skin
- 0.8 kg sugar
- Cut the orange fruit into 4-6 pieces. Remove the skin and the white part.
- Julienne the skin.
- Cook the sliced skin in boiling water twice.
- Wash again with cold water and let drain.
- Mix skin with sugar.
- Simmer over low heat until it becomes dry. Remove from heat and continue stirring for a few minutes.
