Renowned for its fine flavour, baked lobster comes to your kitchen. In this recipe by chef Tuan of May Man Chinese Cuisine Restaurant, succulent lobster joins creamy garlic butter to create a sublime and memorable dining experience.
Ingredients: serves 2
- 800g lobster
- 70g minced garlic
- 20g fried garlic
- 100g butter
- 2g salt
- 50g ham
- 50g wheat flour
- 100g water
- 5g chicken powder
- 5g sugar
- Boil the oil on high heat and stir in the wheat flour.
- Stir in butter together with minced garlic, ham and fried garlic, then add water, sugar, chicken powder and salt.
- Put the stirred wheat flour in the mixture and boil for 1 minute.
For the lobster:
- Cut in half. Roast until ¾ cooked, then pour the mixture on the lobster and continue baking until it turns golden brown.
