Champagne Granite with Orange, Strawberry and Mint

This simple granite, fragrant with orange, strawberry and mint, is perfect for people who like frozen deserts but don't have, or don't want to bother with, an ice cream machine. Enjoy!

Ingredients: serves 1

  • 200g orange
  • 200g strawberry
  • 100g sugar
  • 30ml champagne
  • 3g mint

Method:

  • Blend orange, strawberry and sugar and leave the mixer in the fridge until it freezes.
  • Grate the ice mixer and serve it in champagne glass, pour champagne in and top with mint leaves. You can make two different blend and serve it as two layers.
