A simple and palatable dish, celebrate the joyous Yuletide with a festive taste of Avocado and Feta Cheese Salad, a recipe by Chef Patrick from Fortuna Hotel Ha Noi. Freshly delicious and aromatic delights, this is definitely a must have this season!
Ingredients: serves 2
- 60g yellow frisee or choice of lettuce preferred
- 40g walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1 large orange
- 120g avocado, cubed
- 60g feta cheese, crumbled
To make the dressing:
- 20ml walnut oil
- 15ml Balsamic vinegar
- ¼ no orange zest
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 40ml extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tsp orange juice
- A pinch of salt&grounded black pepper
- Place the dressing ingredients in a whisking bowl to mix until combined.
- Peel orange skin and cut orange into segments or wedges. Remove seeds.
- Arrange yellow frisee in salad bowl.
- Place other ingredients over the lettuce
- Drizzle with prepared dressing over all the ingredients as much as per your liking.
