HÀ NỘI — Quảng Ninh Coal secured most of V.League’s awards in March, according to the tour organisers.

They were the most impressive team of the month with two wins and one draw. Coach Phan Thanh Hùng was voted the best manager, while striker Teofilo Soares Eydison was the best player.

The only award they missed was the best goal of the month, which went to midfielder Lương Xuân Trường of Hoàng Anh Gia Lai. Trường scored this goal at the 86th minute in a match against Hải Phòng FC on March 17.

Quảng Ninh will receive their awards prior to their match against Sanna Khánh Hòa at the August 18 Stadium in Nha Trang City today, while Trường will receive his prize when his team plays Sài Gòn FC at the Thống Nhất Stadium in HCM City tomorrow. — VNS
