HÀ NỘI — Herbalife will continue to sponsor the Việt Nam Olympic Committee (VOC) and the Việt Nam Paralympic Committee (VPC), it revealed after a signing ceremony today in Hà Nội.
The global nutrition company pledged to strongly support Vietnamese athletes who would compete in the Southeast Asian Games (SEA) in August and Para Games in September in Malaysia.
Following their five-year contract, the company will organise sessions to train athletes on the best sport nutrition before, during and after their event. They will be provided with weight management, targeted nutrition, energy, sports and fitness, and outer nutrition products.

Herbalife will also provide ‘bonuses at the spot’ for the first 10 gold medallists each at this year’s SEA Games and Para Games.
During the five years of cooperation, Vietnamese trainers and sportsmen will be invited for training courses in the United States.
Herbalife, which has been sponsoring Vietnamese athletes since 2012, will also be a key nutrition partner for the sport teams at the Asian Games and Asian Para Games in 2018, SEA Games and Para Games in 2019 and 2021, and the Olympics and Paralympics in 2020. — VNS
