HÀ NỘI — Hà Nội triumphed at the National Fencing Championships, which ended at the city’s Trịnh Hoài Đức Gymnasium on Sunday.

The team brought home six golds, six silvers and seven bronze medals. Hải Dương went to second with two golds, two silvers and four bronzes. HCM City came in third with two golds, two silvers and one bronze.

The event attracted the participation of 120 fencers from many provinces, such as Bình Phước, Bắc Ninh, Hải Dương and Hải Phòng.

They competed in 12 categories of epee, foil, and sabre. — VNS
