HÀ NỘI — The PV Cup Đạm Cà Mau Volleyball Tournament will be organised on August 9-13 in Bình Dương Province.
According to organisers, eight of the strongest clubs in Việt Nam will take part in the annual event.
On the men’s side, the clubs included are Maseco HCM City, Sanest Khánh Hoà, Vĩnh Long and Military Corp 4 – Becamex.
In the women’s catalogue, Lienviet PostBank, Tiến Nông Thanh Hoá, VTV Bình Điền-Long An and Vietinbank will vie for the cup.
Teams will compete in a round-robin format, with the two best ones advancing to the final match.
The winners will receive VNĐ100 million (US$4,500) in cash. The organisers will also present individual awards to the best players, best setter and best referee crew.
Entry is free to volleyball lovers. — VNS
