HÀ NỘI — Việt Nam’s top tennis player, Lý Hoàng Nam, dropped four places from world No 870 to 874 in the ATP rankings, which were released on Monday.

Nam fell due to his recent defeat by Kittipong Wachiramanowong of Thailand in the men’s singles match at the Davis Cup.

At present, the southern province of Tây Ninh-born player has 18 points.

The 20 year-old was the first Vietnamese tennis player to win a Grand Slam title after he won the Boys’ Doubles final at the 2015 Wimbledon Championships. — VNS
