HÀ NỘI – Hà Nội took the lead on the first day of competition at the National Junior Finswimming Championships yesterday.

The team brought home four golds, two silvers and two bronzes. HCM City finished second with two golds, three silvers and two bronzes while Thái Bình came third with two golds and three silvers.

The four-day event has attracted the participation of 120 finswimmers nationwide, competing for 58 sets of medals. It will run until Sunday.

After the event closes, more than 250 swimmers will take part in the National Junior Swimming Championships which is scheduled to open next Monday. — VNS
