The annual futsal (indoor football) tournament for disadvantaged children, Tôn Hoa Sen Cup, is scheduled to kick off on May 28 in the south central province of Khánh Hòa,

The event attracts the participation of eight teams divided into two groups. They will compete in a round robin, the top two teams of each group will play in the semi-finals.

The winning team will pocket VNĐ30 million (US$1,300) and a cup.

The tournament is co-organised by the HCM City’s Police newpaper and the Việt Nam Sports newspaper. – VNS
