DA NANG — Nam Hai Van team demolished Van Khoa football club 7-1 in the opener of the futsal (five-a-side football) tournament – the Larue Cup yesterday.
Striker Le Hong Linh opened scoring for Nam Hai Van 13 minutes into the game with a close range shot.
Pham Van To then missed a clear chance to set up another goal when his powerful shot hit the post two minutes later.
However, Nguyen Van Quoc had a good teamwork with Hong Linh to make 2-0 in the 23rd minute.

Earlier, Hoang Duy team crushed Thuan An 3-0, while Viet Tuan team edged out An Gia 3-2.
The tournament, which has drawn 64 teams in a knock-out format in East Park on the banks of the Han River, closes on Sunday.
