Four river-side houses in Phú Bình Hamlet in Vĩnh Bình Commune in the southern province of Bến Tre collapsed into Cổ Chiên River on Monday night as a 300-m section of local dyke broke.

Four river-side houses in Phú Bình Hamlet in Vĩnh Bình Commune in the southern province of Bến Tre collapsed into Cổ Chiên River on Monday night as a 300-m section of local dyke broke.
