Condolences to Somalia on heavy losses in terror attack

HÀ NỘI — President Trần Đại Quang on Monday sent condolences to his Somali counterpart, Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed, after the devastating terrorist bombing that hit the capital Mogadishu on Saturday.

More than 300 people were killed in the truck bombing, and the death toll is predicted to rise as many people remain unaccounted for.

The country declared three days of national mourning following the attack. — VNS
