The Prime Minister will allocate VNĐ260 billion (US$11.7 million) from the central budget’s reserve to assist 12 northern localities seriously affected by storms earlier this year.

All fish sauces on the market are safe for human consumption, the Ministry of Health confirmed Saturday after a10-day inspection.
