HA NOI (VNS) — More than 300 candidates of the national high school exam were disciplined for violating examination regulations after the second part of the exam ended yesterday.

A quickly issued report of the education and training ministry announced this late yesterday.

About 390,000 candidates nationwide wrote constructed answers for the 180-minute geography test in the morning, and about 460,000 students took the 90-minute multiple-choice chemistry test in the afternoon.

The four-day national high school exam, being held in 38 testing centres throughout the country, will end tomorrow.

This year, students will take only one national exam, instead of separate high school graduation and university entrance exams. — VNS
