LAM DONG (VNS) — Authorities in the southern province of Lam Dong revoked the licenses of more than 330 drivers in the past two months for driving overloaded cars.

After a weigh station was set up on the section of National Highway 20 running through Dam B'ri Town in Da Huoai District, over 4,300 cars were inspected and 380 overloaded cars were found.

Violators had their licenses suspended for at least one month and paid fines that topped VND1 billion (US$47,600) in total. — VNS
