HA NOI (VNS)— The Japanese Embassy in Ha Noi yesterday signed a deal worth US$325,080 in non-refundable aid for three projects in Viet Nam.

One of the projects will provide $120,700 in healthcare funding for the Tuyet Thai Elderly Care Centre in Ha Noi's Dong Anh District.

The other beneficiaries will be new primary schools in Bac Kan Province and Ha Nam Province in the north.

Minister-Counsellor of the Japanese Embassy Hideo Suzuki said that the projects would improve education and healthcare facilities in those localities. — VNS
