DONG NAI (VNS)— Police in Bien Hoa City, in the southern province of Dong Nai, yesterday began a campaign to remove nails littered on two highways, in a bid to ensure safety for motorists.

The police, in co-ordination with local militia and youths, used a special machine to find nails on Highway 51 and Highway 1A before peak traffic times throughout the day.
