Around 5,000 households have been inundated and isolated by the torrential rains in the province.
In central Ha Tinh Province, another whirlwind had blown roofs off 25 houses and collapsed another in Thach Thang Commune.
Local authorities have deployed efforts to help local residents repair the damage.
Storm Nari, the 11th tropical storm to hit the East Sea this year, made landfall yesterday on central provinces.
