HA NOI (VNS)— A cervical cancer screening programme will be provided to 2.5-3 million women in five provinces of Phu Yen, Thanh Hoa, Yen Bai, Nghe An and Thai Binh, where 17-36 per cent of the population lives below the poverty line.
