Revolutionary Socialist Party delegation visits from Australia

HA NOI (VNS)— The Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP) of Australia wishes to continue working with relevant Vietnamese agencies to fight for justice for Agent Orange/dioxin victims, said John Percy, the RSP's National General Secretary at a working session in Ha Noi yesterday.

Percy worked with the Communist Party of Viet Nam(CPV) Central Committee's Commission for External Relations, the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organisations and the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/dioxin.

Percy, who is currently leading a delegation on a five-day visit to Viet Nam, said that his party has joined hands with Vietnamese agencies in Australia to organise activities such as art exhibitions and awareness campaigns to raise funds for Vietnamese Agent Orange /dioxin victims.

Deputy head of the commission Nguyen Huy Tang spoke highly of these programmes.

The two sides discussed concrete measures to help the victims at other discussions with leaders of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organisations and the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/dioxin. — VNS
