Gifted high school students enjoy volunteer work at SOS village

Ha Noi—A group of gifted high school students have spent time volunteering at the SOS village in Ha Noi.

"We are very happy to offer help to disadvantaged children," said Nguyen Nam Anh, an 11th grader at Ha Noi- Amsterdam high school.

Joining the students from the gifted classes of Ha Noi- Amsterdam high school, were students from Vietnam National University Ha Noi, and Hanoi National University of Education. They presented books and treats to the children and collectively donated VND 10 million to the SOS village in hopes of contributing to a small improvement their daily lives.

During their time in the village, these students taught English and participated in many activities with the children.--VNS
