City finds six petrol stations selling short

HCM CITY (VNS) — The HCM City Market Watch Office has found six petrol stations violating trade regulations.

The violations were found during inspections carried out from October 10-17.

Two stations, one in Thu Duc District owned by July 27 Limited Company and Nam Son Thanh Dat in Tan Binh District, were found violating measuring standards.

The department also caught two salesmen of Ba Diem 1 petrol station in Hoc Mon District, owned by Hoc Mon Joint Stock Company, who were cheating customers in measuring the fuel. They were dismissed.

Violations found at the other stations included not having a business license and failing to meet fire prevention and fighting requirements.-VNS
