Bodies of 5 crewmen found after capsize

HAI PHONG  (VNS)— The bodies of five crewmen from Hoang Thinh 08 ship, which sank 13 nautical miles away from Long Chau Island of northern Hai Phong City on September 5, were found on Thursday after seven days of searching.

All of the dead were residents of Truc Ninh district in the northern province of Nam Dinh. The rescue team is continuing to search for the last missing Pham Hai Toan.

The vessel capsized with nine crewmen on board. Three of them, including captain Nguyen Van Thang, were rescued by local soldiers on September 5.-VNS
