Da Nang constructs social housing

DA NANG (VNS)— The central city has begun the social housing project Nest Home 1 in Son Tra district on an area of 10,000sq.m with an investment of VND145 billion ($6.9 million).

The project, which includes four blocks of nine storey apartment buildings, will provide 420 apartments ranging from 53sq.m to 64sq.m from next year. Prices start at VND8 million ($380) per sq.m. — VNS
