Illegal Chinese fisheries workers deported

KHANH HOA — Khanh Hoa Province People's Committee has ordered Cam Ranh City People's Committee to check all foreign workers employed illegally in fish raising enterprises by the end of June.

A report released recently by the provincial People's Committee said the province wanted to create favourable conditions for individuals, organisations or enterprises to invest and work in the province, but their activities must be legal.

Recently, 23 Chinese workers were found illegally rearing fish and trading in Van Phong and Cam Ranh Bay. Two of them were employed by Song Phong Ltd.

To date, seven illegal Chinese workers have been deported. — VNS
