QUANG NGAI — Three more people in central Quang Ngai Province were diagnosed with the mysterious skin disease on Monday, increasing the number of infected patients to nearly 240, 21 of whom are already dead.

At the moment, 55 patients are being treated in provincial and central hospitals. Four of them are in critical condition.
