High-class apartment project Vinhomes Bắc Ninh by real estate giant VinGroup in the northern province of Bắc Ninh has attracted many because of the investment opportunities for investors and buyers.

The first six months of 2017 witnessed the spectacular growth of foreign direct investment (FDI) into Bắc Ninh. With a total registered investment capital of US$116 million, the province is leading the country in attracting FDI, especially into those projects that are focussed on developing high-tech and supporting industries.
South Korea, Japan and Singapore are currently the largest three investors in Bắc Ninh, which have helped the real estate market boom in the province, leading to the establishment and operation of a series of two- to three-star hotels system in the region with an average occupancy rate of over 80 per cent.
Under the adjustments in the Hà Nội Capital Region Construction Master Plan 2030, announced by the Ministry of Construction and approved by the Prime Minister, Bắc Ninh will be developed into an urban grade I city by 2020 and become a key industrial centre by 2030.
High-end living standard
