Việt Nam sends sympathy message over Pohang earthquake

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Phạm Bình Minh has sent a message of sympathy over a recent earthquake that caused serious losses to human life and property in Pohang city in the Republic of Korea.

HÀ NỘI — Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Phạm Bình Minh has sent a message of sympathy over a recent earthquake that caused serious losses to human life and property in Pohang city in the Republic of Korea. 

The message was sent to RoK Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kang Kyung-Wha. 
A 5.4-magnitude quake hit Pohang on November 15, injuring about 80 people and damaging at least 5,569 private establishments and 582 public ones, according to the RoK’s National Disaster and Safety Control. — VNS
