Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc today sent a message of condolences to his Bulgarian counterpart Boyko Borissov over a recent serious gas explosion on a derailed tanker.

HÀ NỘI – Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc today sent a message of condolences to his Bulgarian counterpart Boyko Borissov over a recent serious gas explosion on a derailed tanker.

The explosion occurred in Hitrino village, Schumen province in northeastern Bulgaria at 5:40 am last Saturday (local time). 

Five people were killed and at least 20 buildings were destroyed after the incident. – VNS
