QUẢNG NINH — The Quảng Ninh Police yesterday issued a most wanted notice for Doãn Trung Dũng, the prime suspect in the murders of a grandmother and her three grandchildren in Phương Nam Ward of Uông Bí City.

The police also initiated legal proceedings against the suspect.

Dũng, 45, also of Uông Bí City, has a rectangular-shaped face, a small scar some 4cm from the left corner of the mouth and is about 1.8m tall.
