NA Vice Chairwoman, Japan's Upper House VP hold talks

HA NOI (VNS) — National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan and visiting Vice President Koshiishi Azuma of Japan's House of Councillors have shared their contentment toward the growing Viet Nam-Japan relationship since it was elevated to extensive strategic partnership.

The talks brought up the subject of strengthening affiliations between the two nations and parliaments.

As such, major cooperation fields included building the legal system, infrastructure, human resources training, and mine clearance.

Boosting exchanges of legislative delegations and liaison among friendship associations and youth was also focus of Viet Nam-Japan engagements moving forwards.

Vice President of the House of Councillors Koshiishi Azuma is on a working visit to Viet Nam from yesterday to Wednesday. — VNS
