HA NOI (VNS) — President Truong Tan Sang yesterday hosted a reception for Jang Byong Gyu , head of the Supreme Public Prosecutors' Office of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), who is on a working visit to Viet Nam.
At the meeting, the President spoke highly of the co-operation between the DPRK Supreme Public Prosecutors' Office and the Supreme People's Procuracy of Viet Nam.
The leader noted his wish for the two sides to work harder to realise their commitments and agreements, thus elevating relations between the two sectors and countries.
The Vietnamese Party and State would create optimal conditions for the two agencies to strengthen their co-ordination, he said.

Jang Byong Gyu said he wished Viet Nam more achievements and the early fulfillment of its industrialisation and modernisation goals.
He highlighted exchanges of high-ranking delegations and the signing of a range of co-operation agreements, which had helped advance the two countries' relationship.
The guest pledged to do his utmost to promote their traditional friendship.
The official used the occasion to inform his host about his country's socio-economic situation and its future course of development.
