Condolences to Russia over plane crash

HA NOI (VNS) — President Truog Tan Sang has sent his condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin over the deadly crash of a Russian passenger plane.

The Airbus A-321, operated by Russian airline Kogalymavia, crashed early on Saturday after it took off from Egypt's Red Sea resort Sharm el-Sheikh, heading for Russia's Saint Petersburg. — VNS
