Condolences sent to China over Tianjin explosions

HA NOI (VNS) — Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh extended his condolences to Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi last Friday over the disastrous explosions in China 's Tianjin city on August 12.

In the message, the Deputy PM conveyed his deepest sympathies for the families of victims, expressing his hope that the government, the people of China, the families and victims come together in this time of grief.

According to China's Xinhua news agency, the warehouse blasts left 112 people dead and more than 700 others injured. — VNS
