HA NOI (VNS)— Viet Nam treasured its ties with Brazil because of its role in Latin America and the world, said President Truong Tan Sang.

He said he appreciated the contribution Cleaver had made to promoting the partnership between the two countries and agreed to her proposal to review bilateral agreements.
