HA NOI (VNS)— Lao Prime Minister Thongsing Thammavong yesterday sent a message to his Vietnamese counterpart, Nguyen Tan Dung, expressing condolences over the human and material losses caused by recent storms and floods in the central region.

Thammavong said he believed the Vietnamese people would surmount difficulties and soon settle their lives.
