Laos defence delegation visits Viet Nam

HA NOI (VNS)— Viet Nam's Ministry of National Defence will create favourable conditions for the two countries' defence ministries to increase exchanges of delegations, experience and professional training, Deputy Minister of Defence Le Huy Duc told a visiting Lao defence delegation led by Maj Gen Onsi Sensuc, Chief of the Office of the Lao Defence Ministry, in Ha Noi yesterday.

At the reception, the Lao guest informed the host about the results of his working session with a delegation from the Office of Viet Nam's defence ministry. He thanked the Vietnamese side for past assistance to his office, especially in the fields of data security, procurement and staff training. – VNS
