HA NOI — A delegation from Myanmar's Upper House, led by its speaker Khin Aung Myint, is due to begin an official visit to Viet Nam today.

The planned four-day visit is made at the invitation of National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung. — VNS
