HA NOI — Viet Nam expected to achieve more effective and practical co-operation with Japan in the justice sector, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc told visiting Japanese Justice Minister Hiraoka Hideo in Ha Noi yesterday.
Phuc also told Hideo Viet Nam always considered Japan as a vital partner and the two Governments had always shared their trust with each other.
He also said Japan had effectively helped Viet Nam build the national legal system and law-governed state.
Hideo said he would do his utmost for the fruitful co-operation of the two countries and the justice sectors in particular.
He also thanked the Vietnamese Government and people for supporting Japanese victims of the recent tsnunami. — VNS
