Indian Food Festival at Sheraton Saigon this week

The Indian Food Fest in HCM City will last from August 22 - 27, 2017.

Two guest chefs from India will be in HCM City at the Indian Food Festival at Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers from August 22-27.

Demi Chef de Partie Suresh Chandra and Senior Sous Chef Gaurav Malhotra from the Ashok Hotel in New Delhi will offer authentic Indian cuisine, including gosht roganjosh, matar paneer, kadai prawn, dal makhani, yellow dal tadka, vegtable biryani, matar pulao and many other delicacies.

An array of mouth-watering Indian desserts are also on offer. Sweet delights include coconut payasam, gulab jamun, pineapple halwa, seviyan kheer, double ka meetha, kala jamun and many more.

The special dinner starts from VNĐ1.4 million ++ and is available from 6pm to 10pm at the hotel’s Saigon Café Restaurant.
