ĐÀ NẴNG — A Tết (Lunar New Year) seafood dinner buffet will open at the Café Indochine Restaurant in Furama Resort Đà Nẵng through February 1st.

Tourists can celebrate the year of the Rooster at the beach resort with regional flavours and seafood delights to promote health and happiness for the Lunar New Year in Việt Nam.

Chefs offer visitors and expats traditional gastronomy such as sticky rice cake, and regional dishes such as ‘Hanoian Sour pickled meat loaf’, ‘Đà Nẵng fish cake noodle soup’, ‘Sài Gòn spring rolls’, ‘Shrimp Mousse on Sugarcane’, and the highlight ‘Baked lobster with cheese served with garlic sauce’.

The buffet also offers a wide range of seafood, sashimi, sushi, with BBQ stations with 25 different sauces. The international and Vietnamese dessert station with a vast array of decadent delights is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Tourists can enjoy traditional customs of giving lucky money and lion dances at the restaurant with opening times from 6.30pm to 10pm, January 21st to February 1st. — VNS
