A recent draft plan by Hà Nội authorities that would ban motorbikes from other provinces entering the city to solve the traffic crisis has received opposition.

Some agree with the idea, however, a number of urban transport experts and motorbike drivers have critised the plan for being impractical and an infringement of citizens’ rights.
